Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists evaluate gross motor development/skills, gait, and balance. We provide individualized care plans to address any impairments in these areas and also make orthotic and equipment recommendations.
We also specialize in using the LiteGait body weight support system for children of all ages.
Speech Therapy

Our speech therapists provide assessments and treatment in the areas of speech/articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and social communication.
We also utilize assistive technology and/or Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as part of therapy.

Feeding Therapy · Happy Eaters Feeding Clinic
UCP Huntsville launched the Happy Eaters Feeding Clinic in Fall 2024 to meet the needs of children with feeding difficulties who specifically require feeding therapy to establish safe and healthy eating patterns to improve nutritional intake and decrease caregiver burden.
The goal of UCP Huntsville’s multidisciplinary pediatric team is to enable children with special needs to gain essential eating skills and support their parents throughout the process.
