Parent Support Class for Caregivers of Children with Additional Needs

Parents and caregivers of children with additional needs are invited to an eight-week virtual support class designed to provide practical tools, guided reflection, and supportive conversation.
Sessions will address areas including caregiving stress, emotional regulation, family patterns, and ways to respond to challenging moments with greater steadiness and less shame.
